Aleks Baharlo is Senior Vice President of KFG Investment Company, and the Managing Director of the Residential Land division of the Company. He directs the planning, product design, entitlement, and engineering for residential and land holdings under the control of KFG Investment Company. Prior to joining KFG Investment Company, Mr. Baharlo served as Vice President of Operations and Forward Planning, Vice President and Area Manager for the Antelope Valley, and Senior Project Manager for several home builders in Northern and Southern California. Mr. Baharlo began his career as an engineer working on building energy conservation and later as an architect. He also served as an adjunct professor of architecture at the University of California at Berkeley.
Mr. Baharlo received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Architect and a licensed General Contractor in the State of California.
Mr. Baharlo is currently working on Del Sur Ranch Master Planned Community which is an approved Vested Tentative Tract Map of 645+/- acres with 1925 homes, 2 school sites, a 9.4 acre retail site, a fire station, 2 recreation areas, a lake, and other City facilities.
